Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager - After Sales to lead afterβsales marketing initiatives for our Commercial Vehicle business, working closely with dealers to drive performance, customer retention and overall growth across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service marketing strategies to support after-sales growth across the dealer network.
- Plan and manage service campaigns, parts promotions and maintenance programs to support dealers in driving after-sales business.
- Work closely with dealer partners to ensure effective implementation of national service marketing initiatives.
- Develop customer engagement initiatives targeting fleet operators to encourage repeat servicing within the authorised dealer network.
