Role Overview The Marketing Manager ensures the brand, content, and campaign strategy align with the luxury positioning of the project. This role coordinates with the broker’s marketing team and ensures the visibility and quality of all marketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the company’s annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Oversee advertising campaigns, media planning, and digital presence.
- Coordinate PR and communication activities including press releases, media coverage, and launch events.
- Manage company’s brand identity and ensure consistent visual and messaging standards.
- Supervise marketing content creation for online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and media buyers.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team.
