Manage and support member referral and reward programmes, including fulfilment coordination Oversee seasonal gifting campaigns (e.g. festive gifts, client appreciation programmes) Coordinate design, production, and distribution of client premium items (e.g. red packets and marketing materials) Support digital and user experience enhancements for client booking and engagement platforms Assist in client communications and marketing campaign execution Manage sourcing and handling of corporate premiums and promotional items Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects Requirements
