Riina is building team sports for people who train alone: a social fitness app that turns workout data into competition, team identity, and shared momentum. The brand is built around energy, warmth, squad identity, and the idea of a digital arena. The app is currently in beta on the app stores. We are at the beginning of building a revolutionary kind of fitness and social product, and marketing will be central to how the company grows. You would be the first marketing hire, joining a team of three experienced cofounders. It’s a hybrid role.
Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to build the growth from an exciting beta product into our first 10k users milestone. We need a highly hands-on marketer who can move between community building, brand storytelling, and experimentation.
