Position Overview
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other platforms).
- Plan and execute posts, handle FB Ads, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Edit and publish product and company photos/videos on social media channels.
- Address customer inquiries from various channels (hotline, social media) with accurate, helpful information.
- Escalate relevant issues to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and improvements.
- Build customer relationships to support sales efforts and increase conversions.
- Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Display Marketing).
- Collect and analyze client feedback to make proactive adjustments to projects and campaigns.
