As our Marketing Executive Confectionery, you will help run the full launch journey for new markets from pre‑launch build through to post‑launch optimisation, while playing an active role in NPD and the wider confectionery team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing execution for new market launches go‑to‑market planning, retailer sell‑in, launch activation and post‑launch review.
• Develop market‑specific launch toolkits leveraging global assets while addressing local nuances.
