The Role
The main tasks will include planning and executing holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding, through a series of marketing elements that take the customer on a journey that brings them closer to my clientβs products.
Key metrics would be around moving customers and potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action funnel and converting them into advocates for the business and loyal repeat customers in support of our sales teams and regional representatives.
Responsible for driving the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns to ensure a clear customer journey.
Identify and organise new advertisements, write press releases, company profiles and other content for the website, new product launches and exhibitions.
