Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all branding and communication initiatives across various channels and platforms to enhance brand equity.
- Strategize and execute paid media campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital ads, print, OOH, radio, and TV, to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise and maintain the showroom and service centre to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer experience enhancement.
- Develop and implement an effective CRM programme to foster customer relationships.
- Support aftersales marketing initiatives to align with overall business goals via strategic marketing and media plans.
- Conceptualize and execute events and physical engagements within approved budget to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and increase local brand visibility.
