Position Overview
Job Descriptions:
- Manage event start from planning, budgeting and execution.
- Coordination with related departments to execute event (logistic, product and service).
- Make sure all projects are executed in line with the established targets.
- Assess vendor performance regularly.
- Review and follow up requests related to signboards and branding.
- Work closely with external partners to ensure projects proceed as planned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
- 3 years as Marketing Communications in retail sections or related and have experiences in event organizer.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.
- Excellent in English both written and speaking professionally.
- Have good leadership, analytical thinking, fast learner.
- Excellent design skill and negotiation skill.
