Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Marketing Professional to coordinate logistics for our participation in industry events and trade shows. In this role, youu2019ll ensure our brandu2019s presence is impactful and organized, serving as the main liaison for sales reps and handling all event-related communication and logistics.

nKey Responsibilities:n- Main point of contact for associates attending events.n- Coordinate logistics (research, purchasing, shipping, inventory, and communication across teams).n- Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and service providers.n- Ensure clear communication between marketing and sales about event plans.n- Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events.n- Track events attended, costs, and key takeaways.n- Oversee association memberships and renewals.
