**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
+ Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips L4L China Play journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
**You are responsible for**
+ Fully in charge of Oral Healthcare strategy in Great China Region, China Local-for-Local and Global-for-local product roadmap & RBU enablers related to innovation marketing.
+ Lead GTM strategy development for innovation and NPI, grounded in deep consumer and shopper insights. Drive end-to-end innovation marketing including opportunity identification, concept creation, value proposition definition and concept validation to ensure strong consumer relevance and commercial success. You will then integrate these new concepts into product and solutions roadmaps and develop and bring the concept from idea to market with communication.
