Fully in charge of Oral Healthcare strategy in Great China Region, China Local-for-Local and Global-for-local product roadmap & RBU enablers related to innovation marketing.Lead GTM strategy development for innovation and NPI, grounded in deep consumer and shopper insights. Drive end-to-end innovation marketing including opportunity identification, concept creation, value proposition definition and concept validation to ensure strong consumer relevance and commercial success.
