Position Overview
You will be working in a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of more than €400 million, developing innovative strategies to penetrate, grow, and outperform in the competitive EMEA market.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership & Growth Planning (30%)
Formulate a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with long-term business objectives. Amplify the marketing voice in cross-departmental meetings, ensuring unified strategic execution. Identify new market opportunities and trends to enable growth in the EMEA territory. Lead a team of 5 direct reports and 9 indirect reports. Portfolio Management (20%)
Manage and optimize the portfolio of different business units, ensuring robust market positioning and profitability. Implement advanced segmentation and pricing strategies to maximize contribution across product lines. Collaborative Category Growth (20%)
