About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our overseas brand team. You’ll handle budget tracking, invoice processing, program administration, and consumer insights to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

- Administer invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and spend tracking

- Support promotional material orders, shipments, and campaign execution

- Coordinate trade program logistics and fulfillment

- Maintain POS inventory and branded merchandise distribution

- Analyze consumer insights and purchasing behavior using platforms like Numerator and SPINS

- Prepare reports on marketing spend, promotions, and ROI

- Support brand managers with presentations and program rollouts
