About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join an international digital advertising team in Lisbon.

This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong customer service skills, supporting advertisers with campaign management, optimization, and platform-related inquiries.

Working Schedule

Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):

Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 19:00

2 shifts:

07:00 – 16:00

10:00 – 19:00

2 rotative days off per week

At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts .
