**Description:**

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono seeks a proactive and organized individual to join our Marketing Communications team as a Marketing & Production Coordinator. This role supports the team across daily marketing operations, creative production, and interdepartmental coordination. Working closely with senior members of the Marcom team, the coordinator assists in content creation, digital updates, and communication with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

§ Coordinate the monthly social media plan in alignment with campaigns, hotel events, and seasonal activities.

§ Provide materials, information, and fact-checking support to the outsourced SNS agency responsible for caption writing, scheduling, and reporting.
