Provide administrative support to marketing executives by handling information requests and influx of e-mails.
Liaise with debtors and other departments to ensure the functionality of the marketing departments activities.
Assist in calculating, updating and maintaining marketing rate sheets on a daily and monthly basis.
Assist in monthly fuel adjustments.
Assisting with effective and fast client liaison requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Assist in tender preparation.
Skill Requirements:
Matric
2 3 years work experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
