Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives at Aethos Mallorca, including the hotel, Aethos Club Palma, and its membership community.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sensibility and a genuine interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the content calendar (Instagram, stories, newsletters)
• Assist in content creation (Canva, basic photo/video editing, captions)
• Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Events, Guest Experience, Membership) to gather content and information
• Support influencer collaborations (research, outreach, coordination)
• Assist with PR and press activities (handling requests, coordinating visits, follow-up)
• Support event communication and on-site content creation (Club events, brunches, activations)
