Overview: Audience-Based Marketing (ABM) at Kaiser is a strategy discipline, not a campaign discipline. ABM starts before channels, creative, or tactics: with a sharp point of view on a priority audience, their needs, barriers, motivations, decision journey, and growth opportunity. This role owns the upstream strategy that guides the work, defining the audience opportunity, synthesizing insight, making trade-offs, setting messaging direction, and aligning teams around what matters most. This combines functions across audience strategy, brand strategy, brand management, consumer strategy, segment strategy, lifecycle strategy and experience strategy.
The ABM Marketing Consultant V leads the strategy for an assigned priority audience segment and translates that strategy into measurable growth, engagement, and retention outcomes.
