Work with the Manager of Marketing & Communications to implement a new brand and website
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with the SHRAs objectives and the Government of Saskatchewans Health Human Resources Action Plan
Prepare an annual organization-wide communications plan and create a comprehensive annual event marketing plan to support recruitment and retention goals
Develop consistent messaging for Saskatchewan healthcare recruitment through collaboration with internal teams, healthcare stakeholders and external vendors
Support the Recruitment and Retention team with the planning of events and career fairs and the development of marketing and communication materials
Coordinate and produce digital campaigns across web, social media, email and advertising platforms
