Position Overview
1. Brand foundation & research Conduct in-depth research on assigned brands such as on products, claims, certifications, hero SKUs, and brand story
Map the competitive landscape: key competitors, pricing, messaging, and shelf positioning
Develop consumer insights: who buys this product, why, and what barriers exist
Perform channel audits across retail, e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada), and in-store touchpoints
2. Campaign planning, management and reporting Draft campaign plans based on the marketing calendar and brand positioning
Manage campaign timelines
Brief, manage, and review the work of freelance graphic designers
Ensure all creative assets are on-brand, on-brief, and delivered on time
Publish and monitor campaigns across assigned channels
Track and document key metrics of campaigns
3. Sales team support & product knowledge Produce product guides for new brands and products, such as pricing rationale, target consumer and FAQs
