Position Overview
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Campaign Execution
- Build, QA and deploy email campaigns (eDMs), including newsletters, product announcements, nurture streams and event communications
- Create, update and maintain web forms, landing pages and lead capture mechanisms to support conversion and data accuracy
- Assist with the setup, testing and optimisation of automated journeys, triggers and
Reporting and Optimisation
- Monitor performance of emails, automated journeys and web forms, including open rates, CTRs, conversion rates and lead progression
- Support reporting on campaign outcomes such as engagement, lead quality, MQL contribution and pipeline impact
- Assist with A/B testing, campaign optimisation and ongoing performance improvements based on data insights
