Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on Marketing Automation Lead to build, manage, and optimize our outbound GTM infrastructure and multi-channel prospecting systems.
This role is not focused on traditional inbound or digital marketing. We are specifically looking for someone with strong outbound automation expertise who can independently build scalable outbound engines using modern prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and workflow automation tools.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Sales and Growth teams through outbound prospecting systems, workflow automation, CRM architecture, and signal-based campaign orchestration.
You should be comfortable owning the technical setup and execution of outbound campaigns end-to-end — from targeting and enrichment to sequencing, automation, routing, and optimization.
