Position Overview
We are currently looking for Marketing Automation Analyst which will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of omnichannel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) and the management of web forms across the portfolio of 30+ world-class exhibitions. The goal is to ensure that every campaign is delivered with 100% accuracy, on time, and optimized for maximum engagement.
Key Responsibilities - High-Volume Campaign Execution Omnichannel Deployment: Build, test, and deploy 70+ weekly campaigns across Email (EDM), WhatsApp, and SMS using Oracle Eloqua (and integrated messaging tools).
- Segmentation: Manage complex database queries to build targeted audience segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right persona at the right time.
- A/B Testing: Systematically test subject lines, content layouts, and send times to improve open and click-through rates across the portfolio.
