Position Overview
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Account Officer in the management and servicing of accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors clientsβ maturing obligation with the Bank and ensures prompt payment.
- Prepares Line Availment Sheets, and routes the same for approval and for posting by Loan Operations Department.
- Prepares loan availment related documents (PNs, Disclosure Statement, Deed of Assignment, TRs, etc.)
- Gathers reports/data needed by AO in the preparation of credit proposals, including Audited FS, CASA ADB/Balances, Actual APA, Loandex/NFIS reports, General Information Sheet, Trade Checkings reports, and other information that the AO may request to be extracted from the system or requested from client/other sources.
- Prepares Projected APA.
