The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Team in executing marketing activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth implementation of campaigns that align with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture and values.
- Serve as the coordinator or point of contact for Technology and Innovation Department (TID) marketing requirements.
- Assist in creating and coordinating content, stories, and communication materials.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication programs.
- Help organize and execute marketing events, recruitment activities, trade fairs, and brand activations.
- Assist with website content updates and user experience improvements from a marketing perspective.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners for marketing-related projects and administrative tasks.
