This is a junior or entry-level role. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Officer in preparation of commercial proposals and all aspects of the marketing activity across Gleeds´ activity in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Draft offers and requests for proposals for potential clients with supporting documents. Draft contracts and additional agreements for clients as needed. Update and create case studies showcasing successful projects and client engagements. Maintain databases including contacts, images, project details, and employees´s CVs Update the relevant information. Work with clients on obtaining references and compile testimonials database.
