Ventureship connects ambitious companies with early-career talent through structured, 4-6 week projects. Companies post their business challenges; cohorts of 5-10 candidates deliver innovative solutions from customer acquisition audits to product strategy briefs to full website builds, under our project management, with contracts, mentoring, and weekly reporting all handled by us. Companies see candidates through the work they ship rather than their CV, and candidates build real-world portfolio experience, often turning their project into a full-time job offer.
