Coordinate and closely follow up on customers’ inquiries, requests, and feedback, while effectively communicating and providing timely updates to team members and all relevant parties.
Prepare sales forecasts and provide order updates to support internal sales, production, and operational coordination.
Coordinate with suppliers and support supplier assessment and evaluation activities, including corrective actions and follow-ups, to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with food safety requirements.
Support internal and external audits including food safety audits, FSSC, Halal, ISO, and other compliance requirements as and when required.
Participate as a member of the Food Safety Team and support compliance activities.
