Key Responsibilities - Brand & Content Management: Manage brand messaging across app, website, and social media channels; Oversee creation of engaging content including copy, visuals, and videos; Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics; Coordinate with Product Manager on promotions and new product launches; Track marketing spend and ensure strong ROI; Respond proactively to market feedback by adjusting messaging; Support app-based promotions and special offers.
