Responsibilities:

+ Own focused reporting across major release roadmap moments

+ Regularly construct and maintain advanced Boolean topic queries

+ Design, build and maintain social data dashboards

+ Ensure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and performance goals are socialized across franchise groups

+ Partner with analyst team to ensure overall deliverable quality and reporting is rooted in tangible, quantitative insights

+ Establish and maintain knowledge of current franchise communities

+ Establish and maintain knowledge of content cycles (patches, expansions, major beats)
