Position Overview
Description: As the Marketing Insights Manager, you will be a critical thought partner to marketing leaders on highly visible and complex marketing initiatives. These are fully integrated initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels, spanning a broad range of campaign types - from account based marketing and brand programs to demand and lead generation efforts. The role requires a seasoned marketing analytics leader and storyteller who can connect data sources, distill key performance drivers, and translate insights into clear, strategic, and executable actions that drive business impact.
This role owns the performance insights for marketing across the full funnel, including data collection, quality control, synthesis, and performance storytelling. You will work alongside channel owners to ensure performance narratives are grounded in accurate data, clearly surface key drivers, and translate findings into focused recommendations that marketing teams can act on.
