Overview

We are seeking a Market Surveillance Officer to build and enhance OSL’s end-to-end market surveillance framework across digital asset trading activities.

This role is critical in designing and operating trade and market surveillance controls that detect, prevent, and escalate potential market abuse, manipulation, and trading misconduct across multiple venues and asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trade surveillance and control design within regulated financial markets, with a strong preference for experience in digital assets or Web3 trading environments. The role requires someone capable of building surveillance frameworks from the ground up and engaging with regulators on control design, effectiveness, and governance.
