Responsibilities
- Ensure customer confidence in availability of fresh meat cuts and pre‑packaged meat products.
- Maintain quality, fresh and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day to promote sales.
- Prepare meat primals for sale to company specification, including cutting, pricing, weighing, steaking, dicing, mincing, boning, flavouring, wrapping and using appropriate equipment such as knives, saws, mallets and mincing machines.
