In this exciting position, you will be responsible for organizing and managing market and customer research activities within the Lighting Brands.
You will take ownership of customer insight and satisfaction surveys, which you will communicate to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
You will actively support with the development of market models, including analyses into lighting applications, products etc
You will keep an eye on our peers and competitors, as well as scout start-ups and other players in adjacent-to-lighting industries
From this, you derive appropriate measures for the Lighting Brands and thus make an important contribution to the corporate strategy, and to internal stakeholders such as top management, marketing and sales
Last but not least, you analyze and evaluate macroeconomic trends and support the organization with your strong analytical skills
