β’ Understand the dynamics of each market segment and how the drivers of demand in each segment will affect future demand,
β’ Develop a process to gather and communicate appropriate competitive intelligence (including detailed analysis, interpretation) to drive strategy development and market education.
β’ Monitoring regulations (products, uses, environment, and safety) to anticipate any change or trends in the market
β’ Understand needs and insights of each customer group (contractors, specifiers, distributors)
β’ Identify and prioritize key segmentsβ needs & growth opportunities, develop segment strategies, value proposition and marketing program to drive increased penetration of plaster board ceiling and drywall in different segments
