The Customer Insights & Analytics Manager will play a critical role within the Brazilian Rare Disease, Specialty Care and Immunology team. You will be a proactive strategic thought partner for the Brand team, responsible for driving actionable insights and deep understanding of the customer, overall market, competitive landscape, Sales Incentive compensation and field force excellence in complex diseases.
This role will report directly to the SR Director of CE&O & BD, and plays a vital part in shaping the direction of the business and contributing to brand success, supporting the brand team, focusing on building foundational insights and building a go‑to‑market roadmap for pipeline assets across multiple indications and tracking field force effectiveness KPIs.
