Position Overview

At Amgen, the role is part of the Value, Access & Policy department and focuses on ensuring Amgen’s cutting‑edge and biosimilar therapies receive timely coverage and reimbursement by private insurers in Canada. The Senior Manager shapes and executes payer strategies, leads negotiations, and leverages relationships with private insurance stakeholders to secure optimal patient access.

Deliver Results

• Lead the development and execution of the Private Insurance strategic plan across the portfolio, including innovator and biosimilar products.
• Define and execute tailored payer strategies for key private insurance customers to optimize formulary positioning and maximize patient access across the Amgen portfolio.
