Position Overview

Summary This position is in the Office of Maritime Workforce Development. The Specialist administers policies connecting people with maritime jobs and enhancing the safety of cadets at sea. Responsibilities include managing the Cadet Safety Review Team (CSRT) and conducting unannounced vessel checks to ensure a safe shipboard climate.
