Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with marine and shipyard customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow‑up sales.
• Promote marine services and products to clients.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth job execution.
• Prepare sales reports, documentation, and update customer records.
• Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Support business development and identify new sales opportunities.
• Support the undertaking of Ship parts/Ship repair projects with the Operations team to ensure timely implementation, completion, and delivery of projects.
• Monitor and analyse market situation/trend and provide sales forecast to the Top Management and HOD.
