The Marine Mammal Specialist II is responsible for the daily husbandry, health, training, and welfare of the marine mammals in the Singapore Oceanarium and conducting guest programmes. Responsibilities: Animal Husbandry: Dolphin care and husbandry, including feeding, handling, observation, enrichment, conditioning and training. Support veterinary procedures. Handle data recording and reports. Maintain cleanliness of dolphin habitats. Ensure cleanliness and safety of workplace, tools and equipment.
Guest Programmes: Conduct guest interaction programmes.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Psychology or equivalent. Possess SCUBA certification (Open Water Dive and above). Candidates with no relevant experience or scuba certification, but willing to obtain certification may also apply. Confident to work in an aquatic environment.
