The Claims Manager will be leading our NVOCC Claims Department, taking care of end-to-end management of cargo loss and damage claims, protecting the Company financial interests while maintaining excellent relationships with our Global Customers and Partners.

The Marine Liability Claims Executive is responsible to manage, investigate and settle insurance claims arising from maritime incidents, including cargo loss, vessel damage, personal injury, and pollution. Provide liaison between shipowners, insurers, surveyors, and Protection & Indemnity (P&I) Clubs to determine liability, assess policy coverage, and negotiate settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Claims Lifecycle Management: Oversee the intake, investigation, and resolution of all cargo claims (shortage, damage, theft, and delay).
