Your Boat Club is seeking a full-time Marine Bottom Painter/Detailer at our location on Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor.  

This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of our boats through bottom painting, hull prep, and full detailing services. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being around boats, and want to be part of a growing marine operation—this is a great opportunity.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:  

+ Perform bottom prep, including pressure washing, sanding, scraping, and masking.

+ Apply bottom paint and coatings in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

+ Inspect hulls for wear, blisters, or damage and report findings.

+ Complete full boat detailing (wash, wax, compound, polish).

+ Clean interiors, decks, upholstery, and compartments.
