Job Description:
This role is for a manufacturing technician in our Conformal Coat and Automated Electronics production areas. The primary responsibility will be to support production and drive improvements for our Circuit Card Assembly lines at FOS.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for programming/creation and upkeep of machine operating programs for automated assembly, inspection, and test equipment for Circuit Card Assembly(CCA) production.Responsible for setup, maintenance, production support and troubleshooting of automated CCA equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve quality and cycle time issues by reducing errors, false calls, defects, scrap, and rework.Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions.Interface with engineers and supervisors to develop and improve processes and documentation.Make quality decisions to continue production or stop the line with limited support during an...
