Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior (Level 3) to join our team supporting Final Assembly Systems Checkout in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll help drive performance and process improvements across a variety of critical manufacturing and production operations in support of the F-35 program.
What You Will Be Doing
Support Final Assembly Systems Checkout (FASC) and other core manufacturing processes in a dynamic, team-based production environment.
Collaborate across multiple functional disciplines including production planning and control, total quality management, material management, and systems/process engineering.
Facilitate and support self-directed work teams to ensure goals are met and continuous improvement is sustained.
