To support site operations by coordinating work pass administration, statutory training, time and attendance, awards administration, and other related activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**
· Coordinate work pass processes and support documentation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
· Manage statutory training coordination, including onboarding-related training and renewal tracking.
· Provide support for general site administration activities such as purchase requisitions, uniform distribution, Time and Attendance etc.
· Any ad-hoc projects, duties and assignments as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
· Minimum Diploma in any field
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
