**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the Corporation's Center of Excellence for Electro-Optical and Infrared Fire Control Sensor Systems. This is where we perform final assembly, integration and test on our sensor systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
We are seeking a dynamic leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of union-represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on composite, paint, assembly bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team’s goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.
