POSITION OVERVIEW
Buffalo is a unionized manufacturing facility of ~400 employees. It is a unique site comprised of a Cereal Plant, Flour Mill & Grain Elevator with a rich history of 100+ years of performance and innovation. The Buffalo plant is both geographically and strategically positioned to support our business segments and continues to evolve to meet the growing and dynamic needs of the customer.
The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide manufacturing leadership to deliver a world-class operation. The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement (Lean/TPM) tools, improving individual skills, and enhancing teamwork.
This position will initially cover 12-hour shifts (5pm-5am) and transition to 8-hour shift (10pm - 6am) in the next 3-6 months. Flexibility to work all three shifts for training and gap coverage will be required.
