Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to safely achieve consistently excellent productivity
• Support safe work practices and procedures across both operations and logistics
• Manage operations employees/contractors and logistics contractors
• Schedule optimization (optimizing the schedule the scheduler plans to ensure fewest changeovers, best OEE, etc.)
• Manage raw material delivery with supply chain
• Manage work position scheduling, operator vacations, coaching, discipline, and payroll
• Lead daily Tier 1 meetings
• Own and maintain the site’s daily visual management boards to track daily KPI metrics
