**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) you will be responsible for leading a 1st‑shift work group, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. This person will work Mon‑Thur 5:42 AM to 4:12 PM.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Daily supervision of a team and assignment of work tasks.
+ Ensuring all teammates are trained, prepared, and equipped for their duties.
+ Tracking and documenting attendance and performance metrics.
+ Building effective relationships and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.
+ Collaborating with ESH to enforce safety and environmental policies.
